Zoom calls are fraught with peril.
First of all, there are all the security issues, which have just seen Google ban employees from using Zoom, and SpaceX did the same last week.
Then there is the fact that some people can’t seem to get the hang of the fact that their video is on, and everybody can see what they’re up to.
First, we saw that cringeworthy video of Jennifer going to the toilet, and there is another doing the rounds that shows a bloke who forgot to wear pants that we’ll leave to your imagination.
Next up is Belgium’s Minister of Health, Maggie de Block (pictured above), who failed terribly during a Zoom call earlier in the week.
The cherry on top, reports RTN, is that the Health and Equal Opportunities Commission was broadcast live on TV by Belgian channel LN24, so everyone could enjoy the show.
As the health minister, you really shouldn’t touch your face, and things quickly take a turn south:
Get in a little closer and you’ll see she was really digging in there:
I get the feeling she realises she is on-screen in the final few seconds.
May your Thursday Zoom calls (or Fake Friday, as it should be known) go smoother than Maggie’s.
