Over the years, a number of people have tried to shoot videos using their iPhones, and some of the results have been pretty cool.
As with all things Apple, though, the next generation of iPhone always steps it up a notch, and the new iPhone 11 is proving to be even better than anticipated.
Then he took it along to the new (super fancy) Checkers in Constantia on a nappy run and, despite being a few toots in, the iPhone 11 held its own, capturing some quality HD footage.
Needless to say, he’s a fan, and with good reason.
According to PetaPixel, director David Leitch, of John Wick and Deadpool 2 fame, was recently tasked with putting together Apple’s latest iPhone 11 Pro commercial.
He decided to use the iPhone to capture an epic snowball fight.

That wasn’t your mom’s holiday video. Leitch spoke a bit about the difference between a regular camera and the iPhone 11.
“We’re getting creative with the flexibility of the camera, how light they are and how mobile they are,” says Leitch. “Things that are hard to simulate with big film cameras, [for example] we were able to make this classic Kung Fu composition very quickly and easily.”
“You don’t need all the equipment I have on these big Hollywood movies to tell a great story,” opines Leitch. “Hopefully this piece can inspire filmmakers to take the device out and be as creative as we were here.”
