That one POTUS-supporting mate of yours is going to laugh about how Donald Trump’s ‘Rocky’ tweet is all about trolling ‘libtards’, but really it’s a look inside the mind of the world’s foremost snowflake.

You see, Donnie knows he’s a big, bloated mess, but he gorges on the fact that social media is awash with accounts that spend their time Photoshopping images that make him look like an alpha male.

Yes, they leave out those bone spurs that prevented him from serving in the US Army, too.

We should start this one with Trump’s tweet from yesterday, which went out around 6PM our time, or around 11AM in Florida.

Also known as the time Trump’s ‘workday’ starts after his morning Fox News binge, with POTUS sending the tweet during a golf outing at one of his clubs in Florida:

It’s worth mentioning that Rocky IV, where Balboa beat Russian Ivan Drago, opened in theatres on yesterday’s date back in 1985, so maybe that’s why he tweeted the image.

A big difference here, though, would be that Russia actually helped Trump get elected in 2016, and now he goes to bat for them at every opportunity.

As mentioned earlier, the MAGA internet is a little obsessed with creating hypermasculine Trump memes, and there’s a whole culture called Swole Trump.

Welcome to the world of “Swole Trump,” an obsession of the MAGA Internet where the president is regularly depicted as being extremely ripped.

Trump, in reality, is not ripped, as far as we know, but “there are large online communities where people are constantly sharing their art/edits of Trump in this manner,” Meredith Conroy, an associate professor of political science at California State University at San Bernardino, wrote in an email to The Washington Post.

Conroy, who has studied depictions of masculinity in American presidents, added that “depictions of masculinity in presidents reflect insecurities and values of the time.”

Swole Trump is the opposite of the #Resistance’s depiction of Trump as a giant baby or an extremely unhealthy man. It is as much about making liberals mad as it is about memeing the president into a visual representation of what Trump’s biggest fans believe he is…

It’s an attention-grabbing genre, and Swole Trump is no exception. And since startling the public to attention is the main goal of so many pro-Trump memes, this one appears to have served its purpose.

Yeah, Trump fans think it’s hilarious and some A-grade trolling, and the rest of us are left wondering how it’s come to this.
