If you’ve ever been under the impression that you’ve lost an AirPod, you’re not going to like this prank.
The Verge is calling it “genius”, people are sharing it on social media, and I’m wondering how we got this far as a species.
I’ll break it down.
The prank involves printing out stickers of AirPods that look a lot like the real thing when they’re stuck to the ground. You then spend all that time you clearly have on your hands walking around the city and sticking them to things.
I assume you then sit around and wait for someone to come across one, which will cause them to momentarily panic at the thought that they’ve lost an AirPod.

The prank was started by Pablo Rochat, an art director whose profile picture on Twitter is a llama wearing sunglasses. Other astounding pranks orchestrated by Pablo include the time he drew a penis and tagged Burger King on Twitter:
