Thus far in his presidency, Donald Trump has managed to dodge each and every single career-ending scandal that has come his way.

Mostly because members of the Republican Party and Fox News have sold their souls to protect him at all costs, and also because some Americans still want to believe they weren’t duped by an absolute charlatan.

The latest scandal, though, with an impeachment inquiry now underway, could finally be the nail in the coffin for Donnie. Many pundits believe there’s something different this time around – John Oliver included – and public sentiment is rapidly shifting.
