The final season of 'Game of Thrones' cleaned up at the Emmys this year, despite some stiff competition.

The Emmy nominations are good for one thing and one thing only:

They provide us with a comprehensive list of the best and most binge-worthy telly on the planet right now.

You can check out a list of the six most interesting series to score a nomination this year.

Included on that list is Chernobyl – one of the shows that cleaned up at the awards ceremony which took place on September 22 at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

Here’s Variety:

HBO’s final season of the fantasy epic “Game of Thrones” swept with a leading 12 trophies, including best drama series and best supporting actor for Peter Dinklage in the role of Tyrion Lannister. Amazon’s “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” dominated among comedies, winning a total of eight prizes.
