Nothing says London like a Thursday dinner and a few grams of coke.
And that trend seems to be on the rise.
As it has been revealed, the UK’s propensity to vacuum large quantities of Colombian marching powder is stronger than ever.
In fact, the use of Class A drugs across the UK is at an all-time high – no pun intended.
This, from Sky News:
Findings from the Crime Survey of England and Wales show 3.7% of 16 to 59-year-olds reported taking Class A drugs in 2018-19, up from 3.5% from the year before.
It is the highest rate since records began in 1996 and equates to around 1.3 million people.
The Home Office said there was an “upward trend apparent in the use of Class A drugs, particularly among 16 to 25-year-olds”.
It said this was mainly driven by an increase in the use of powder cocaine and ecstasy.

I’d say that’s fairly accurate.
Especially when you see videos from areas like Bethnal Green in London, where drug dealing on beyond-irony Columbia Road has reached a point where there are resident-erected signs for cars to give way to drug dealers.
I’m not even joking.
Check out that video here.
I’m sure those numbers will only increase, especially now that you can get cocaine faster than pizza in London.
