Amy’Leigh de Jager’s name will, at least for the foreseeable future, be associated with her dramatic kidnapping, snatched from outside Laerskool Kollegepark last week.

As news has emerged, piece by piece, South Africa was shocked to find out that the alleged mastermind behind the kidnapping was actually a teacher at the school, and one of Amy’Leigh’s mother’s best friends.

In a new video summary of what we know thus far, News24 has also obtained voice notes from Tharina Human, sent on the same morning that Amy’Leigh was kidnapped.

Human stands accused along with Pieter Jacobus van Zyl, 50, and Laetitia Nel, 40.
