The cast of Jackass have had their struggles over the years, but it’s sad to see Bam Margera battling some serious demons.
Steve-O’s managed to turn his life around, with the help of pal Johnny Knoxville and other Jackass members, and perhaps they need to get involved with helping out Bam.
In a video which emerged over the past 24 hours, Bam is seen drunk in the lobby of a hotel, where he reportedly clashed with patrons, and was placed under citizen’s arrest.
Over to USA Today:
According to the Los Angeles County Inmate Information Center, Margera, whose real first name is Brandon, was booked at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday and released on his own recognizance at 12:03 p.m. the same day. His next court date is set for Sept. 6 at 8:30 a.m. in Los Angeles Superior Court…
The 39-year-old’s arrest comes about a week after he reportedly pleaded for help from television personality Phil McGraw, known as Dr. Phil, in a series of now-deleted Instagram videos.
“Dr. Phil, I need your help in a big, big way…My family is in shambles. It’s worse than it’s ever been.”
…The “Jackass” star posted an Instagram video Tuesday revealing he had McGraw’s name tattooed on his neck and that the television personality did respond to his posts.
Here’s the video, shared by TMZ, which shows the police on the scene:
Yeah, that is a man battling some serious demons.
It’s also reported that he was supposed to be checked into rehab at the time, but had done a runner.
This was posted before he asked Dr. Phil for help – not healthy:

Here’s that video where he talks about Dr. Phil responding to his cries for help:
Let’s just hope he gets the help he so clearly needs.
