This past weekend was a big one for Beatles fans who turned up for Paul McCartney’s solo tour.
The audience at the massive Dodger Stadium concert went wild when he announced that he would be joined on stage by none other than his former bandmate, Ringo Starr.
The Beatles drummer walked on stage, embraced his old bandmate, and got a kiss on the top of the head, according to the Huffington Post.
You can see that affectionate moment above. Bless.
“Peace and love, everybody!” Ringo shouted. “All right, brother,” McCartney said. “I love you, man.” Ringo settled in behind the drums, and they let loose … on an appropriately psychedelic stage.
Ringo tossed his sticks into the audience when the band finished and pretended to reach for Paul’s bass to chuck that in, too. “It’s been a thrill for me,” he said. “And I love you, man.” Paul told his old pal (again): “I love you, man. Peace and love, Ringo.”
A lot of love doing the rounds. Here they are:

Y’all Paul McCartney really brought out RINGO STARR, the only other living Beatle, to play Sgt. Pepper & Helter Skelter. And at Dodger Stadium. I LOVE MY LIFE. pic.twitter.com/TzEp5g6RuM

At the end of the show, Paul said the following: “Farewell to America. Only one thing left to be said – we’ll see you next time.”
Until next time, then…
