Last week, we brought you the incredible audition for a spot on America’s Got Talent by the South African Ndlovu Youth Choir.
The audition round for season 14 of America’s Got Talent has just concluded, bringing with it one final sensational entry in the form of Swedish singer Chris Kläfford.
Kläfford won Swedish Idol in 2017 with his rendition of John Lennon’s Imagine, so it’s no surprise that he returned to that song for his audition.
Hey, if it’s good enough for the Swedes…
Take it away, Chris:
Don’t let the casual act fool you. This guy has already made it.
Heavy notes that in Sweden he’s known as the “most successful” Idols winner in years with three top-five singles on national radio, platinum sales, and sold-out concerts.
Erm… so I guess he’s trying to break into the US market?
He does a good job with Imagine – I’ll give him that.
Speaking of Lennon, Beatles fans should check out the movie, Yesterday.
Peace out and happy Thursday.
