Sony has dropped the first look at the upcoming Charlies Angels film and a lot has changed.
The film is based on the TV series that aired on ABC from 1976 to 1981, and her role as Jill Munroe is what propelled Farah Fawcett to fame.
Since then, the franchise was rebooted in 2000’s Charlie’s Angels and 2003’s Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle starring Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu.
The films were campy, but fun. Classic ‘noughties’ stuff, really.
Moving on to 2019 and the franchise is back – this time with a fresh look and some high-stakes action.
