Mondays can be a drag, but getting your week’s worth of dinner delivered to the door really takes the edge off.
No more trips to the shop, and if you shop at Gardens Centre, no more bumping into people you haven’t seen in years and could easily do without seeing.
Nothing like a long day at work, followed by small talk with someone you’re never going to ‘grab that drink’ with, and then a wait in the queue to extinguish any good vibes that might remain from the weekend.
We all deserve better.
So, what’s this big, important change we’re talking about? This one’s for all of you who like choice, or have to deal with a fussy eater in the house.
You can now CHOOSE the dishes you’d like included in your Daily Dish dinner box. Every week, they post 20 new recipes in five different menus for you to choose from.
Some people might want to stick with the Dinner Boxes as laid out (there are five options for delivery every Monday – Family, Classic, Banting, Vegetarian and Pork-Free), but if you want to mix and match, here’s how you do so:
As an example, let’s say you want to dabble in eating vegetarian (Meat Free Mondays and all that), but you’re not willing to commit to going without meat all week.
Your Vegetarian options, from the three-recipe week:
Then, your Banting options, also from the three-recipe menu:
Maybe you want to throw in the Chicken Soup (good for the soul and all that), and replace one of the Veggie options, or pick another option from any of the 20 recipes this week.
Easy – done.
You can also just leave your subscription as is, and it will run automatically as usual. It’s up to you, pal.
Those wanting to order have until Wednesday at midday to order for the following Monday, so best have a look through those options ASAP.
Also, because we can’t think of anything worse than you having to make forced small talk in the queue whilst buying dinner, we’ll even help you score up to R250 off your first Daily Dish Dinner Box order.
