The last time we spoke about Chicken Licken, they had just released their ‘Legend of Big John’ commercial.
At first, the ad was a hit, until it had to be yanked off air because it was triggering.
You can’t win them all.
The chicken outlet’s latest series of commercials features a trio called the Soul Sisters, and whilst I have no idea how anybody could take offence, I’m sure some poor viewer will lodge a complaint with the Advertising Regulatory Board.

“Because our concept was based on soul singers, we had to make sure our music was authentic”.
