Confirmed! The royal baby has feet and the standard number of toes.
We can all rest easy now.
It’s been a busy couple of days for newborn Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. He was born in a hospital, instead of at home like originally planned.
He was then presented to the world, briefly, confirming that he was indeed a human male baby.
Now, thanks to a Mother’s Day post by the Duchess of Sussex on Instagram, we know how many piggies he has – the info just keeps rolling in.
Here’s the BBC:
The SussexRoyal Instagram account shared an image of Meghan, who is American, holding her son’s heel.
In the caption, the account paid tribute to “all mothers today, past, present, mothers-to-be, and those lost but forever remembered”.
While Mother’s Day is in March in the UK, it was marked in the US on Sunday.
It was also celebrated in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Kenya and Japan.
And South Africa…
We hope all the moms out there had a happy Mother’s Day.
Also, watch this space – we should have confirmation of Archie’s knees and elbows soon.
