Even though summer has come and gone, Camps Bay is still one of the city’s most popular sundowner spots.
You just have to get there a little earlier, and make sure you’re a few drinks in when the temperature starts to drop. Shouldn’t be that hard, really.
This month, the iconic Café Caprice is turning up the heat with two events, the first of which kicks off this Friday, May 17. We’re talking about the Hip-Pop & Bottles Party: Edition 3, run in association with the legends at Jameson Irish Whiskey.
Crack a few sundowners, and then join DJ FIERO & LEYTON LEE from 8PM for some banging beats. There will be drinks specials on Jameson cocktails served all night, Jameson bottles, and Jameson Select bottles.
For more info and table bookings, contact marketing@cafecaprice.co.za, or check out the event’s Facebook page.
If brunch is more your style (I feel you), then you’ll feel at home on May 25 for the City-to-City Brunch Series: Tel Aviv.
As you would have guessed, brunch is being done Tel Aviv style. For R280 a head, you get shared starters for the table, one of four delicious main course options, and a welcome cocktail.
From midday, DJs will spin the decks and you’re welcome to hang around as long as you like to cut loose.
Booking is essential, so make sure you mail marketing@cafecaprice.co.za, or give them a ring on 021 438 8315. You can also check out the event’s Facebook page.
Have a jol, friends.
