Staff and customers at an FNB branch in Kempton Park, Jozi, were pretty surprised to see a woman relieving herself in plain sight.

The incident, which occurred last month, was caught on camera, with the video shared on IOL.

It is reported that the woman was unable to make use of the toilets at the branch as they were blocked, and she was said to complain “that she’s been waiting for over an hour with no assistance and as she was pressed, she decided to relieve herself then and there”.

When you gotta go, you gotta go.

FNB confirmed the incident:

“We can confirm that the matter has been addressed directly with the customer concerned.

“FNB further confirms that, for security reasons, customers are encouraged to make use of public restrooms in nearby shopping centres and other areas where our branches are located,” CEO of FNB Points of Presence Lee-Anne van Zyl told IOL.

So not on the floor in front of customers, then? Noted.

Who among us hasn’t wanted to piss on the floor of our bank at some stage, though?
