Kendall Jenner touched down in Australia recently for the launch of a new Tiffany & Co. store in Australia.
She arrived at the airport in a tracksuit, trainers and sunglasses, with – gasp – no make-up on, which apparently warranted an entire story from NewsAU.
You can see her taking a selfie below, which was probably inundated with “you’re so brave” comments from people who think that not wearing make-up deserves a Purple Heart.
Moving on to the event itself, where she dressed as a flamingo. Vogue described it a little differently, so let’s give them the floor:
The supermodel attended a Tiffany & Co. store opening in Sydney, Australia last night, channeling Marie Antoinette’s over-the-top aesthetic. For the event, she chose a pink, ruffled silk-taffeta dress with a feathered trim, from Ingie Paris’s Spring 2019 collection.
Hung off the shoulder, and with a super-mini hemline, it was indeed a more current take on that opulent style. Call it the ultimate It girl throwback; a silhouette Marie would perhaps wear if she were alive today. Jenner let the dress shine with minimal accessories: white pointed pumps gave it some modern edge, while a blinding necklace lent a further touch of decadence. Minimalism, who?
Nah, I’m sticking with flamingo.
Whatever you want to call the outfit, the celebrity was very well received in Australia, generating a ton of press for the store opening.
Here she arrives and battles a swarm of fans:
Yeah, that’s really all there is to say about the whole thing.
If that wasn’t enough of a Kendall fix for you, you can read more about how she was nearly naked in Italian Vogue, or how she likes letting her boobs fly free, or that time she rode a horse naked…
It goes on and on.
