Human dumpster fire Piers Morgan is at it again.
He’s continuing his longstanding feud with Meghan, Duchess of Sussex on live TV.
Two things to note here:
First, Piers does this every time he’s been out of the limelight for a while. It’s clearly a cheap ploy to get the attention he needs to prevent his ego from deflating. If it does deflate terrible things will happen, like Piers becoming a decent person or developing empathy.
See his banana attack on Meghan for another example of this.
Secondly, Piers has been holding a grudge against Meghan ever since she decided to stop being his friend because he’s a horrible person.
He’s like that guy on Tinder who responds to your lack of response to his witty request for nudes, with a million texts asking you why you’re such a bitch.
Anyway, here he is, courtesy of the Daily Mail, calling Meghan “hard-nosed” and accusing her of “acting her way to the top”.
What a charmer. In case you missed the highlights, here’s a recap:
Deborah asked ‘is Meghan really fake and a piece of work as I know you’ve said before?’
‘You know what I’m sorry to have to say I’m afraid I think she is,’ Piers replied.
‘Although some people really like her and are falling for this act I’m afraid I see a bit of hard-nosed actress.
‘She’s been using people on her way up to what is now, of course, the top, which is marrying into the royal family.’
Piers told how he was friends with Meghan before she met Prince Harry in July 2016 and she ‘ghosted’ him.
‘I got to know her quite well over two year period,’ he said. ‘We would message each other a lot, e-mail a lot.’
He also had a message for Harry:
He said: ‘Good luck to Harry. I hope he knows what he’s doing. If it all goes wrong don’t come try crying to me. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.’
Let it go, Piers. Let it go.
