Hiking Lion’s Head in your athleisurewear to snap the perfect Instagram picture is cool, but have you ever tried wingsuit jumping in the Drakensberg?

Side note to Lion’s Head fans – it’s open again after a five-week closure, so expect the masses to ascend this weekend.

Anyway, don’t feel too bad about not having wingsuited in the Drakensberg, because until this team came along, nobody had.

According to Getaway, the team consisted of Jon DeVore, Mike Swanson and Miles Daisher, along with Julian Boulle, a local wingsuit pilot and Gloei Cilliers, a local mountain expert and guide.

I like the sound of that last job.
