Usually, when we hear about a new challenge that’s all the rage, it’s something daft cooked up on social media.
The Bird Box Challenge or the #10YearChallenge or the Charcoal Challenge – yeah, I think you get the drift.
The ‘5 Days to Start’ Challenge, though, is one that we should all get behind, and is aimed at supporting 2 000 female entrepreneurs to take five active steps towards turning their ideas into a real business.
The initiative, which is FREE and runs from February 4 to February 8, 2019, is being launched by Future Females, and here’s co-founder Lauren Dallas:
“Our 5 Days to Start challenge will support these entrepreneurs to overcome their internal mindset hurdles and take action to launch their business, with the support of the Future Females team and global community.”
The ‘5 Days to Start’ Challenge is being supported by Cartel House, powered by Ideas Cartel, who have cultivated an environment that supports entrepreneurs and encourages the sharing of ideas amongst business founders.
We all know that there is no shortage of ideas, but for female entrepreneurs, it’s mindset & confidence that 51% of respondents (to the Future Females and Startup Grind 2018 global survey of over 20 000 female entrepreneurs) listed as the number one challenge holding them back.
The ‘5 Days to Start’ Challenge will take place online, with a video tutorial released each day, accompanied by a workbook for members to put their new knowledge to use and finally get started on bringing their ideas to life.
Members will also have access to a private Facebook group, where they can share their progress and keep up to date with what the other members are doing.
Let’s get some basics sorted…
What will you learn over the five days?
Future Females is calling on all entrepreneurs, risk-takers and dreamers who have a burning idea they just can’t wait to get started on, to join them for a five-day educational series:
Day One = Mindset Shift
Get your head in the game, break through your self-limitations and unlock your full entrepreneurial potential.
Day Two = Define Your Idea
Get your idea out of your head and down on paper, and refine this until you’ve identified the most productive and profitable product to start with.
Day Three = Brand Definition
Build an enviable and memorable brand that will draw the right customers, staff and media to your business.
Day Four = Find Your Niche
Find your tribe online – the exact people who will buy what you’re selling, and become loyal advocates of your business.
Day Five = Your Elevator Pitch
If you can’t sell, well, then you can’t sell. Get your one-minute pitch down, so you can confidently start communicating!
How can you get involved in ‘5 Days to Start’?
The Future Females mission is to rapidly increase the number and success of female entrepreneurs, and they would love for one of those entrepreneurs to be you.
