Sometimes you have to revel in life’s little victories.
I once went a full four months of wearing only flip-flops to work (or flops, or slip-slops, or slops, depending on your vocabulary), whilst other mates of mine laced up and slogged through that nine-to-five daily grind.
Not that I’m rocking particularly attractive feet, but at least they got to soak up the summer vibes without being trapped inside a shoe.
I should add that there were days when it rained, but once you’re committed to it being Always Summer, you have to stick to your guns.
