The trend of South Africans fighting back against crime, and in particular hijacking, continues.
Videos keep emerging of people shooting back, employing mad driving skills, or even destroying their cars rather than letting hijackers have it.
The latest incident happened in Blomvlei Road in Lansdowne, Cape Town, reports IOL.
Video footage from @1SecondLater on Twitter shows the woman’s car approaching an intersection before being cut off by a black Mercedes-Benz.

Unfortunately, there was some collateral damage, which left a lot of people with some serious car damage. At the same time, a few dents is a small price to pay at the end of the day:
“This was her reaction as she was being shot at, bullets went into the dashboard of the car. Definitely a fight or flight reaction,” @1SecondLater posted.
Police confirmed that attempted hijacking and attempted robbery cases had been registered for investigation.
Pulling mad manoeuvres while being shot at is next level.
Get that woman a Bell’s.
