South African swimmer Chad le Clos has always been pretty low-key about his private life.

Whilst father Bert seems to enjoy the limelight (let’s get the mandatory ‘Unbelievable’ mention out of the way), Chad has kept his cards pretty close to his chest, especially with regards dating.

Then, two days ago, he uploaded this picture to Instagram, captioned with ‘very soon’ and a plane and a rose emoji:

I’d like to make it clear that I don’t care about any of this, but we must give the people what they want.

In that photo, le Clos tagged Jeanni Mulder, which led many on the classic Instagram snoop.
