Two of the world’s most pointless people are feuding.
I could be describing any number of celebrities here. Taylor Swift feuds so often that she’s based an entire musical career on it, and then there’s Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly.
Nope, this time it’s Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian – two reality stars who prove over and over again that our world is broken.
Kim went and did an American Beauty-inspired photoshoot to promote her new Classic Blossom Collection of blushes.
Maybe it has something to do with the recently released photos of Kendall Jenner, naked, riding a horse.
Anyway, here’s the Daily Mail with the details on how Paris took the chance to get in a dig at Kim:
On Thursday, the heiress [Hilton] posted some throwback pictures from a photo shoot last year and two of the shots looked mighty familiar.
There are definitely some similarities.
And they definitely both ripped off American Beauty:
Kim’s two photos each got upwards of 3.4M and 4.1M likes, while Paris’ (who only just posted hers) has less than 500,000.
Social media commenters were quick to question if Paris was trolling Kim by posting the photos.
On user commented: ‘You did it first! @kimkardashian trying to copy you! And yours are awesome!’
Another wrote: ‘Lol bringing in the shade @kimkardashian to know that Paris is the OG if ideas’
Kim and Paris used to be friends before Kim’s swift rise to stardom got in the way. So it looks like Paris did it first, but at the end of the day, why does anybody care?
I’m not sure if Paris really is the “OG if ideas”, or what that means. One thing I am sure of is that the feud will be entertaining to many.
