I would hate to be the person responsible for running Spree’s Facebook page right now, because it’s turned into a bit of a bloodbath.
Most online retailers’ Facebook pages are frequented by customers having a gripe (it’s what we humans do), but it appears that customers have finally lost the plot with Spree.

Without going too deep into the wormhole, their most recent Instagram post has a fair few gripes on it, too:

We know that Spree and Superbalist recently announced a merger, but it’s surprising to see one of the country’s premier online retailers being dragged so hard for their customer service.
I guess we will keep an eye on things to see if the situation improves.
