Theresa, no, don’t do it.
Political photo ops are cringeworthy at the best of times, as Donald Trump is so fond of illustrating.
How about the colouring in disaster, or his failed attempts to operate a speakerphone?
From the second Theresa May awkwardly twisted a hip, you knew her dancing in Gugulethu earlier this week was going to be mocked. My sympathies are limited, because she seems like a pretty crummy human being, so I think we should all take a moment to enjoy some standout memes.
Before we go any further, we need to see the dance once more:
No. Just no.
When Peter Crouch wades into the debate around your dance skills, you know you’re in troubled waters:
English footballer Crouch is perhaps the world’s most famous robot dancer, in case you didn’t know.
Terrible quality video, but those moves, man:
We have to start here, because this is perfection:

A comparison was also drawn between May’s moves and those from the movie The Inbetweeners:
Drop that music into the May clip and you can see why:

If you throw Fatman Scoop into the mix, it’s almost passable:

Perhaps she was inspired by the one and only Steve Martin?

A creative, and apt, description:
You knew this one was going to pop up sooner or later:
