With all the attention that Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has been getting lately, the press is obviously feeling a bit bad about leaving Harry out, so they’ve released some his old school pictures.
What they didn’t anticipate was an eagle-eyed celebrity spotting herself in the background of a dorm pic.
That’s right. Before Meghan, Harry had another celebrity crush – none other than Halle Berry, who found herself in one of the pics and tweeted a cheeky response Harry’s way.
Here’s the pic in question.
The Huffington Post notes that:
While young Harry has all the things you might expect on his desk and dresser (like a photo of his mother and a toothbrush), the photo shoot also revealed a few pictures of bikini-clad women.
The grinning, teenage prince seems oblivious to the slightly incriminating photos near him.
Here’s Halle Berry:
And of course, the tweet:
Ok #PrinceHarry, I see you! #HalleBerryPosta @MissyElliott pic.twitter.com/nTBS9hKwWO
— Halle Berry (@halleberry) August 29, 2018
The photos of the Prince went viral on Wednesday, followed shortly by a tweet from Berry in which she references a line from Missy Elliot’s ‘Work It’ – “Don’t I look like a Halle Berry poster?”
The pics are candid shots of Harry during his awkward teenage years at Eton. Here’s one of his first day at school:
Here he is with his teammates, the Oppidans, after the traditional Eton wall game. That’s somewhat similar to rugby, for those of you who care.
Here he is getting his Shakespeare on in a production of Much Ado About Nothing.
Painting.
Commanding the cadets of Eton’s Combined Cadet Forces during their annual tattoo:
And his last day at Eton, moving his stuff out using a black bag.
Just like the rest of us, except, you know, for the whole prince thing.
