Along with the people that ask to see your till slip at the door of a shop AFTER you’ve put it in your wallet, you’re ALSO allowed to fly-kick people that stop at the top of Geneva Drive, in the head.
Camps Bay natives will know what I’m talking about. I’ve detailed it below.
But first, let’s enjoy this clip from the United States (of America), dealing with the EXACT same issue.

What an absolute legend. It would be great if he could stand at the top of Geneva Drive in Camps Bay, when he finds a moment.
Here’s the lead-up. Everything is fine at this point. Arsehole approaches the top of Geneva, in the left lane, with the intention of joining Camps Bay drive, and up to Kloof Nek.
Arsehole gets closer to the top, as the positioning of the physical cement island, combined with clear road markings, make it very clear what needs to be done here.
As in nothing – just drive.
This is where arsehole freezes – because he sees traffic coming from behind him, IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT LANE, and he thinks they’re going to drive into him.
This is where arsehole stops his car entirely – as if at a stop street.
He waits until somebody behind him hoots and calls him an arsehole.
Then he carries on.
Dearie me.
