If there’s one thing Donald Trump hates, it’s being made to look like a fool.

That, and immigrants and women and journalists and anyone who isn’t on board with Cult 45.

So you might remember that way back in the day, when Trump was just a rich dickhead with a TV show, he was interviewed by Ali G.

It’s worth a quick revisiting before we carry on:

In a huge turn up for the books, Trump actually caught on rather quickly, but he’s never forgiven Sacha Baron Cohen for his actions.

There’s been quite a bit of name-calling over the years, but now it looks like Sacha is back, and he’s set his sights on POTUS.

Given that Trump is talking about Sacha going back to school, and the logo for Trump University makes an appearance, you’d imagine it isn’t going to end well for the president.

Then again, it’s not like Sacha can make him like any more of an idiot.

This below is now real life, as reported by the Guardian:

When Mike Pompeo meets Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang, he will reportedly attempt to smooth a path towards denuclearisation with a gift that playfully references a low point in relations between the North Korean leader and Donald Trump: a CD of Elton John’s Rocket Man.

The US secretary of state will present Kim with the CD along with a letter from Trump, who memorably turned the song’s title into an epithet after the North stepped up its ballistic missile tests last year…

Trump raised the rocket man reference during their meeting, the newspaper said. Kim said he had never heard the song, it added, prompting the president to ask Pompeo to take the CD with him to Pyongyang on what is his third trip to North Korea since April.

Before you ask – yes, of course, Trump has autographed the CD. Not Elton, but Trump.

Even Ali G couldn’t rival that for absurdity.
