It may well be the biggest meme of the past 12 months, and the ‘Distracted Boyfriend’ meme ain’t going away any time soon.

Fair play, because it can be adjusted to just about any situation.

We did a post on the meme’s origins back in August of last year, along with some of our favourites, but it’s time to learn something else.

No, not that Charlie Chaplin might have nailed this one back in the day, which is still pretty cool:

Rather, let’s focus on the woman playing the role of angry girlfriend in the modern day version.

Turns out she is rather easily shocked, as illustrated by Twitter user Ernie Smith. He did a little digging around iStockPhoto, and found that face well practised:

Quite a portfolio of work, but nothing is going to replace the meme that started it all.
