Our road users aren’t exactly saints – see these incidents in Knysna, Potch and Jozi for proof – but damn, there is zero chill going on in the streets of London in this video.
According to the Daily Mail, this one took place during rush hour traffic in Croydon, and you have to feel for those inside the vehicle who have zero wiggle room to try and escape.
Then again, it looks like there might have been some prior incident to the footage we see below.
According to Met Police the incident occurred around 5PM on Wednesday, and thankfully no injuries were sustained in the attack.
Here’s the dashcam footage from a car that watched it unfold:
To be fair, I once watched some men hop out of a taxi and smash the front of a truck to bits with a crowbar, before threatening the driver with a knife.
That happened at around 4:30PM on Buitenkant Street in the CBD, but given that I was too fearful for my life to film it we’ll give this round to London.
I suppose we should also mention that this happened in the UK around the same time, and it’s a classic example of that famous British politeness:
You get good apples, and you get bad apples.
