Whatever race, whatever gender, whatever party – one thing you can always count on a politician enjoying is the sound of their own voice.

Yesterdays’ Parliamentary sitting was also a chance for Democratic Alliance member of Parliament Ian Ollis to say his goodbyes, and his final speech was a burn-filled takedown of just about everyone in the room.

I dunno if he has been picking up tricks from DA Chief Whip John Steenhuisen on how to infuriate opposition party members, but I doubt he was sharing shooters with ANC and EFF members at the day’s conclusion.

Well, Bathabile Dlamini is up for a drink with anyone, but that’s a story for another day.

Let’s watch Ollis step up to the plate, much to the ire of those he takes aim at:

I reckon they should all meet behind the tuck shop after final period and settle this once and for all.
