Anyone who has experience renting their Airbnb will know the benefits of becoming a ‘Superhost’. This is the title Airbnb gives to Airbnb hosts who have slick systems and consistently get high reviews.
And when you’re a superhost, your listing gets high ranking when people search for accommodation on Airbnb.
But just because you’re a superhost doesn’t guarantee that your place will be fully booked. If you’re doing this as an investment, or to make money on the side, that’s a problem.
Another important consideration – maybe you’re not a people’s person, and don’t feel like dealing with guests.
There are a whole bunch of tips and tricks to keep your place full, while never meeting a single guest – all whilst managing yourself without an agent.
Luckily you have a known local Airbnb Superhost at your fingertips to ask questions any time you want.
Our very own Seth Rotherham handles four fully-booked Airbnb properties, and still manages to live the holiday. Only possible if you never have to meet a guest, I guess!
Seth is available for direct instant chat – anytime you want – on Timon.
