The Cape Flats is one of those areas that most Capetonians give a very wide berth to, which is maybe why we’re so fascinated with being given a look inside.

In 2016 the four-minute video of the struggles an 11-year-old faces was widely shared, and last year we were given a look at what a shift at a Cape Flats hospital looks like.

This latest video is right out of the top draw, so clear 10 minutes out of your schedule and get stuck in.
