A race between a highway trooper and a Lamborghini?

Only in Florida.

A highway patrolman is under investigation after a video showing him racing his patrol car against a Lamborghini surfaced earlier this week, reports Wheels24.

You might be thinking, “Oh, but it’s just a high speed car chase”, but you’d be wrong.

The footage shows that the officer actually pulls up alongside the Aventador and, after revving their engines, the two vehicles race each other.

The Florida Highway Patrol has refused to release more info on the now viral video, since the investigation is active:

The Florida Highway Patrol has opened an immediate investigation regarding this incident. The trooper in question will be held accountable upon any finding of misconduct” said Lt. Thomas Pikul.
