You know what February in Cape Town means?
Sure, it’s the month of love, but it’s also the hottest time of the year.
With the heat, at least, comes sneaky seashore escapes. Seeing as though today is hitting a high of 26C (with temperatures cooling to around 22C by 5PM), there’s no reason not to take advantage of what’s been offered, on a plate, by Mother Nature herself.
But there’s more.
Brought to you by Cafe Caprice, Yoga Life is turning a section of Camps Bay beach into an outdoor yoga studio with a free Sea Sun Yoga session from 6:30PM.
All you need to take with you is water, a towel and “good vibes”:
Every Wednesday is yoga time, yo.
Following that, there’s a chance to fill your tummy.
After you have sweated out a day’s – or week’s – worth of stress, wind down with a picnic basket for two.
Because, you know, love:
Pre-order your Beach Picnic Basket from Cafe Caprice and enjoy a delicious selection of food on the beach while you watch the sunset.
Winning.
Here’s what you can expect in your R250 basket:
Delicious!
Already got plans? Not to worry. Both the Sun Sea Yoga sessions and the Beach Picnic Baskets will be recurring every Wednesday for the foreseeable future.
All you need to do is follow Cafe Caprice here for more details on the events.
Namaste.
