No matter where you’re headed, there’s a penthouse, cabana, castle or yurt to suit every traveller’s taste and budget.
That’s Airbnb’s claim to fame, and is the blurb they used for their ‘most wish-listed home from each country’ announcement.
What’s a yurt, you ask – check these bad boys out.
Of course, seeing as South Africa is big on Airbnb, with more than 43 000 listings across the country, it should be no surprise that we were featured as one of countries:
And it should be even less of surprise that the most wish-listed house is in Cape Town.
Booya, baby.
Listed at just R2 008 a night, the “Prime 3 Storey Cape Town Penthouse” in Vredehoek was very popular on people’s wish-lists.
From the pictures, it’s obvious why (of course there’s no evidence of any wind):
Gorgeous views! Stunning pool! Show me more, show me more!
Okay then:
And that, my friends, it what people visiting Cape Town want from Airbnb listings.
Mooi, ne?
