All was fine and dandy outside Luthuli House this morning, but that is no longer the case.
First the Gupta-linked Black First Land First movement announced plans to march to the headquarters of the African National Congress.
This came after Zuma met the ANC’s new top six on Sunday night at the presidential guesthouse in Pretoria, and 20 members of the ANC’s national working committee were consequently summoned to a special meeting on Monday afternoon, reports News24.
However when the group arrived to hand over a memorandum to the ANC demanding that President Jacob Zuma be allowed to complete his term, they were met with some angry anti-Zuma ANC members.
Arriving in a white truck, some “Defend Luthuli House” members got violent and a whole lot of mobile phones were there to capture what went down:

According to Times LIVE:
Met with fists‚ punches‚ rocks and sjamboks‚ the BLF group got more than they bargained for as they were assaulted by ANC supporters‚ who were chanting songs critical of President Jacob Zuma.
It took a heavy police contingent to separate the ANC and BLF supporters.
The truck driver‚ who was also about to get a beating‚ managed to escape after they failed to remove him from the car. His door was kicked and wipers removed before the police came and cleared the way for him to speed off.
Watch that in action:
Yes, that’s Thabang Setona, an ANC branch secretary, brutally assaulting a woman. The “Defend Luthuli House” supporter says the BLF’s march is wrong:
“Once we heard that they’re planning to come, we made sure that, as the branches, we came here and make sure that the headquarters and leadership is safe.”
BLF is yet to stage a protest outside the party’s premises‚ as per their plan, but they are advancing forward:
I wonder whose money is going into whose pocket here.
