If you kneel during the national anthem he’ll lose his marbles, but does Donald Trump actually know the words to ‘The Star-Spangled Banner’?
Seems like he knows how to belt out the opening few lines, but when it gets to the nitty-gritty he isn’t exactly on top form.
Donald was attending the National Championship game between Alabama and Georgia in Atlanta last night (that’s American football), but it was his laboured performance that grabbed the most headlines.
Just hours before the game, he told people in Nashville that “there’s plenty of space for people to express their views and to protest, but we love our flag and we love our anthem and we want to keep it that way”.
We will start with the longer video:
Cool, but here’s where he really buggers it up:
A bit like how some South Africans only find their voice when ‘Die Stem’ drops, hey?
I dunno, I see a lot of pain behind those cavities Trump calls eyes. Also, that is not a man who is healthy of mind.
A special shout out to Alabama player Bo Scarbrough, who can clearly be heard voicing his disdain for POTUS as his team makes its way onto the field.
Warning – bad language ahead:
We feel you, Bo.
