Back in the day, when a certain fast food restaurant in Grahamstown invested in a number of motorbikes to increase their delivery capacity, the students went wild.
After all, it meant not having to walk into to town for an ice cream when the munchies struck.
So you can only imagine the UberEATS revolution that has happened in Stellenbosch since its launch back in June.
Fast forward to the end of Novemver, AKA the end of exams. To bring some good news back into some student lives, RocoMamas and UberEATS joined forces.
For a two-hour period they offered customers the opportunity to order a meal, along with the added incentive of Jack Parow being the delivery boy.
You can only imagine the gees – check it:
Aweh, ma se kind!
Now that the silliest season of them all is upon us, it’s time to realise that getting behind the wheel is often a bad idea.
Between Uber and UberEATS, everything you need is available at the touch of a few buttons.
Just download each app, tap away, and boom boom pow.
