Chris Pratt. Dinosaurs. Explosions.
LOUD NOISES.
What’s not to love?
The trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom dropped yesterday, and if you enjoyed the first one then this should tickle your fancy.
This from The Verge:
Directed by A Monster Calls J.A. Bayona, the film is set after everyone escaped from the former theme park on Isla Nublar. The trailer opens with the park’s former manager, Claire Dearing (played by Bryce Dallas Howard), catching up with Owen Grady (Chris Pratt), who’s trying to convince him to come with her as she returns to the island. It seems that a volcano on the island has begun to erupt, and the dinosaurs that InGen brought to life are in danger of being wiped out.
Claire heads up a group dedicated to saving their creations, the Dinosaur Protection Group, and the plan seems to be to bring the dinosaurs off the island to safety. However, not everyone is on board with the idea: Jeff Goldblum, who reprises his role as mathematician Dr. Ian Malcolm, tells a governmental committee that “these creatures were here before us, and if we’re not careful, they’re gonna be here after us.”
Bla bla bla – show me the dinos:
Looks like the kind of brainless fun that a zol and a 3D cinema trip would work well with.
