Sheesh, but how about this weather?

In case you’re not in Cape Town, and you haven’t heard someone moaning on Facebook, it’s all kinds of hot around these parts.

Good luck finding parking anywhere near a beach – perhaps that million-buck garage isn’t looking all that bad – and you can bet that space is going to be at a premium on the busiest beaches.

We expect everyone to maintain a certain degree of decorum, and as a general rule Capetonians are on the ball with this.

There was that one incident with Seth, when he was savagely attacked by an umbrella-wielding mad man, but these are few and far between.

As for these two Americans on the island of St Kitts? Well, they might need a little lie down with a side of relax.

Sad.

Wear sunscreen. Stretch. Do one thing everyday that scares you. Be kind to your knees. Be lekker.
