This summer, Concerts in the Park is at it again.
We know, we know – we told you all about the one happening Sunday, December 17, where Jimmy Nevis is set to break it down along with The Rockets, but what we didn’t tell you is what you can expect from the rest of the Concerts in the Park’s programme.
Once again sponsored by RSAWEB, take a look at the names set to appear on the stage in De Waal Park this summer:
With the likes of Fokof, The Rudimentals and Grassy Spark, it’s all quite exciting, hey? Especially since entrance is free and it’s the ideal way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
If you’re keen to get things started this month, here’s a bit about the performing artists:
Superstar Jimmy Nevis has been releasing hit after hit and performing at major festivals throughout the country. With his new album Quarter Life Crisis to be released soon, we can’t wait to hear what the talented singer/songwriter has in store for us at Concerts in the Park.
The Rockets are a Cape Town institution. Adding their own unique flavour to many songs across innumerable genres, they never fail to start a party. Their infectious sound gets feet tapping and bodies moving across all generations as they play everything from the 60’s to today’s top 40 hits. A live performance by The Rockets is an unmissable experience.
Rad.
Oh, and while we’re here, a little PSA from RSAWEB.
Super Hero Fibre Internet Speed is now available in Sea Point and, to celebrate, RSAWEB is offering you the chance to save up to R2 500 if you refer a friend.
It’s all laid out, with T’s & C’s included, right here.
But if you’d prefer to chat to someone in person, RSAWEB representatives will be stationed at each Concert in the Park event, ready to answer any questions you have.
Just be sure to have a boogie while you’re there, too.
