There’s only one thing that Donald likes more than grabbing women by their nether regions, and that’s calling people names.
It started with jibes like ‘Lyin Ted Cruz’, and now we’re at the point where he’s calling North Korea’s Supreme Leader ‘Rocket Man’.
Then there was that ‘short and fat’ episode from a few weeks back – you know the one:
The mind really does boggle.
So what pre-school barney has the current sitting president of the United States of America become embroiled in now? Well, this one starts with those basketball players arrested for shoplifting in China.
Trump actually did them a solid and ensured the three UCLA players avoided jail time and returned home, although the father of one of the players, LaVar Ball, doesn’t believe that POTUS deserves a thank you.
LaVar Ball is wrong, because Donald helped those young men out and there’s no reason not to thank him. Worse still, LaVar appeared on CNN and refused to thank Trump in a pretty bizarre interview:
It sure sounds like we’re defending Trump, but you know he’s about to stuff it all up.
Enter his tweets:
Aaaaand we’re back to petty name-calling. It’s just so – what’s the word – unpresidential.
Trump’s like that person that does a little bit of charity, and then insists on posting about it relentlessly on social media to rack up the likes.
Oh, you did 67 minutes for Mandela and drove around handing out sandwiches, awesome. Did we really need the full video on Facebook, though?
It’s like when he lied about phoning all the families of fallen soldiers, then quickly scrambled to call them, and then butchered the call and accused Sgt La David Johnson’s widow of lying.
Cue this…
It’s all just very, very sad.
America, even though we have our own mess to deal with, we’re pointing and laughing.
