Dwayne Johnson is one of the biggest drawcards in entertainment today, so you can bet the studio behind Rampage spared no cost in making this one visually spectacular.

As for the storyline – well, it’s Dwayne Johnson, what do you expect?

Reuniting San Andreas director Brad Peyton with his leading man, Rampage is actually based on an old arcade video game. Deadline with more:

I see this one drops on April 20, or 4/20 to many, which may make the 3D version worth watching.

Given that it has the man formerly known as The Rock in a starring role, it will probably coin it at the box office.
