“Sometimes you need to stop worrying and take a deep breath. Sometimes, you need cannabis.”
As an increasing amount of people look to cannabis as their preferred treatment for various medical conditions, the industry in America is flying. Back home, however, things are still a little more low-key.
Needing a clever way to gain a bit of attention, an Oregon-based startup that provides the means for their customers to order and have cannabis products delivered directly to their home decided to have a laugh.
They enlisted a Los Angeles advertising agency known for its work with Facebook etc to cook up something, well, tasty.
The idea? To implement a pitch-perfect parody of all those relentless commercials for pharmaceutical products we’ve all been exposed and subjected to over the years, reports The Cannabist.
And it sure does work: introducing Briteside:
Mmm, wanna get high? Imagine opening that box up at work, I wouldn’t be able to contain myself.
Thanks, Rob
