There’s no doubt about it, Amazon is massive.

Not only is the commerce company on a mission to find a location for its second headquarters, but it also recently acquired a new company, Audible.

Once word got out that they’re looking for another place to settle, cities across the US and Canada began bidding. Business Insider reports that 238 cities and regions are now in the running for Amazon’s new $5 billion (R72 billion) headquarters:

But there are five in particular that stand to benefit most, if selected.

These are the so-called Rust Belt cities of Buffalo, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit and Pittsburgh, which meet a handful of criteria laid out by Sara Potter, a vice president and associate director of market analysis at FactSet.

First and foremost, each of those five locations have populations of 1 million or more, as well as a median home price that’s below the national average, and an unemployment rate that’s above it.

But what the cities did to attract the Seattle-based company was pretty impressive, reports Forbes:

New Jersey offered $7 billion in potential tax credits for Amazon to plant its “HQ2” in Newark. Kansas City Mayor Sly James bought and reviewed 1,000 products on Amazon to make the case for his city. Tiny Stonecrest, Ga., located outside of Atlanta, voted to rename the city Amazon if the retailer located there.

Amazon’s requirements include a metro area with more than a million people, a business-friendly environment and a place attractive enough to retain strong technical talent…

Along with the new headquarters set to come, Audible, the Amazon acquired Newark-based company that sells and produces spoken audio entertainment, is looking for new employees.

Here are a few perks that the company will offer in an effort to attract new employees:

• Breakfast and a juice bar on Mondays
• Daily catered lunch
• Happy hours on Fridays
• Free snacks
• A free on-site gym and a 25% fitness-cost reimbursement
• Sports clubs, including basketball, hockey, soccer, volleyball, and softball, among others
• Transit reimbursement
• Tuition assistance
• An annual Amazon discount
• A shuttle service
• Paid parking

Ugh, sweet man.
