They don’t call him ‘Money’ for nothing.
The recently retired Floyd Mayweather has spent much of the past week living it up in his new Beverly Hills mansion, which he reportedly paid $25,5 million (R340 million) for.
Sweets, a mega wine cellar, a cinema that seats 50 – here’s NewsAU with more details:
Mayweather’s incredible pad, set behind the famous Beverley Hills Hotel, also boasts a cocktail bar and a separate guesthouse with its own gym…
The 15,000 square foot main building was built in 1992 but completely renovated two years ago and was originally on the market for $47m.
But Mayweather was able to knock down the asking price with his cash purchase to add the home to other properties he owns in Las Vegas and Miami.
Set in private gardens surrounded by palm trees, the two-storey property has a row of ten French doors that open from the living room to the grounds.
Outside, the swimming pool and pool house are set in landscaped gardens with black-and-white marble surrounds, with luxury sofas and an open burner to keep guests warm outside in the evenings.
There are 10 bathrooms, mirrored wall fireplaces, a family room and separate living quarters for house staff.
Mayweather’s master bedroom boats dual bathrooms and a private terrace looking down onto the pool area.

I’m a firm believer in karma, but I guess sometimes a few bad apples slip through the net.
