It’s cool that you pop into the gym nice and early before work, bust out a sweat, and then hop in your car to battle the peak morning traffic.
Really, it’s cool, but you’re doing it all wrong.
Here’s the thing about kicking it here at our Ideas Cartel offices on Loop Street, slap bang in the centre of the CBD. We have our own gym vibe going on, and of course it’s a cut above the rest.
Access to the Boost Bar, located on the second floor, is INCLUDED for all Cartel House members, which means you can pop past and get your groove on whenever you choose.
Weights, boxing bags, treadmills, a shower afterwards so you’re fresh for the day ahead – you know that drill.
Non-members can get involved, too. Membership packages range from R250 to R400 per month, and include the following:
Those Boost classes take place in the morning (6AM to 7AM) and evening (6PM to 7PM), with three trainers present at every session.
Each trainer offers a unique fitness experience, so let’s run through what’s on offer.
Marc Anthony – Founder and owner of Fitness Mafia and Boost Bar. Qualified personal trainer, conditioning coach:
Carlo Massa – Personal Trainer specialising in boxing and Muay Thai:
Scotty Boyden – Personal Trainer focusing on core strength, stability and weight loss:
Shihaam Hendricks – Personal Trainer for the ladies only. Nutritional, well-being, strength or weight loss:
Darren Blasich – Personal Trainer specialising in weight loss, toning, strength and sport conditioning:
Take a look at Fitness Mafia’s Instagram HERE and you’ll see that they mean business.
What sets Boost Bar apart is the personal attention and atmosphere created during the sessions, with a combination of the trainers and the music making it stand out from the rest.
How about a tailored diet plan to reach your goals (bulking up, losing weight, toning etc)? No worries, consider that sorted.
Trainers will also keep in touch to make sure you’re following your plans and living your best life. Because they care, you know.
And a summer morning session on the rooftop, with the sun rising over the city? Yes we can.
That’s the thing about being a Cartel House member, because it’s all the extra touches that set it apart. Your workspace, the coffee bar with the rocking baristas, the rooftop deck and bar, a library to kick back and relax, boardrooms for sealing the deal, a concierge, an in-house tailor…look, the list goes on.
Yes, it’s time you stopped having your business meetings in coffee shops dotted around the CBD and joined in the good times over at Ideas Cartel.
You can find out everything you need to know about becoming a Cartel House member HERE.
Catch you at the gym for the 6AM class? Lekker.
